Hello, I'm Amelie

I'm a 19-year-old home baker living in the beautiful countryside. I come from a family of people with a sweet tooth (as you can see in the pic of me and my lil' sis, we've always loved sweet treats), and I love coming up with new creations, even healthy ones! When I'm not in the kitchen creating something delicious, you'll probably find me out riding horses or exploring the fields and lanes around my home.

Baking has always been my passion — there's nothing quite like seeing someone's face light up when they taste something you've made from scratch with love and care. Every cake, every treat is handcrafted in my home kitchen using quality ingredients.

Whether it's a show-stopping celebration cake or a box of treats for a cosy afternoon, I put my heart into every bake.

As well as ordering from me direct, you can buy in person from me at the Cake Shed, every Friday–Sunday 8–4pm.
